The fields that are available for selection under the Data Lists option by using the down arrow key and selecting, are as follows:

Significant Sales
Details of any items set up under <SIR> that have been designated as significant, (as in product type or quantity for example) are able to be viewed.
Transactions
To the right of the Select button, there is the View button. Click on the down arrow and select the appropriate option to narrow down your field of inquiry.
Aged Analysis
The amount and age of a customer’s balance owing can be viewed.
Special Prices
Details of any special pricing for selected items for a particular customer can be viewed under <ISM>. The special prices are also able to be edited through this data list screen using the [F2] Edit option.
Notes.
Event Log
View a history of all the maintenance carried out on a customer’s records by a user.
Balance History
View monthly financial transaction history totals for Invoices, Payments, Credits and Journals.
Addresses
Contract Prices.
Allows special prices to be set up for a customer on designated stock items.
Child Accounts
If a customer has a head office and branch offices, the Primary Account on the Details Heading of the Customer Maintenance screen will already have been entered. The Child Accounts facility enables a relationship to be established between the Primary (parent) account and the Branch (child) accounts as follows:
Item Aliases
This needs to be modified through the Item Maintenance <IM> screen.
Graphics
This is the ability to load an image from another application. For example, pictures of the products, or of the significant contact person.
The final five options all relate to viewing data that has been logged into Concord via the CRM Activity Maintenance. The Quick key relating to each is shown alongside. They may all be edited through Customer Maintenance <CM> by Editing [F2] and Saving [F9].
