Invalid or Inactive Customers

Invalid or Inactive customers are identified by a (!) next to the customer's name. This signifies that there is either a problem with the way the customer has been set-up in Customer Maintenance <CM> or the customer has been de-activated intentionally. By clicking to highlight the customer, then using the View [F4] function, the Customer Maintenance <CM> details screen will appear. A message of INVALID or INACTIVE, will show on the Status details.

Click on the “Reason” button and this act as a guide to the remedy necessary to fix the problem.

Remember to ensure that the customer is ACTIVE, as already set out in the chapter "Customer Maintenance" <CM>.
