Bank Statement List <BSL>

This function is used to view a list of Bank Statements which have been entered through the Bank Statement <BS> function.

There is also a shortcut to the Bank Statement <BS> function to enter a new statement or edit an existing one.

To view an existing Bank Statement

1. Select the the correct Bank, using the down arrows.
2. Either, enter the code for the Bank Statement, or click to highlight on the appropriate statement within the table and View [F4].
3. If the status of the statement is "Planned", then an Edit may be made. Refer to the chapter on Bank Statement <BS>, for details of this procedure.

To enter a new Bank Statement

1. Select the correct Bank, using the down arrows.
2. Add [INS], then refer to the chapter on Bank Statement <BS> for details of this procedure.
