Creating a new Auto Text Code

The procedure is as follows:

1. Add [INS]
2. Code. Type in a short code (usually initials)
3. Description. Type in the description of the above code used.
4. Text. Type in the narration to appear each time the code is used. Or, copy an existing narration from another destination, by:
   • Clicking on IMPORT, looking for the file in the appropriate directory, clicking on the file name and OPEN.
   • Save [F9]

The new text message may also be copied to another destination for saving, by clicking on EXPORT and selecting the appropriate directory to send the message to.
