Registered Document List <RDL>

Registered Documents are Documents that have been registered into Concord by the User for the purpose of creating a report category that enable versions of reports to be created. A Registered Document cannot be run. It is the versions of the registered documents created by way of reports that are run.

The Registered Document List <RDL> is a list which shows all the documents available. It also displays the number of times a variation (version) of the document has been run. The documents that are shaded in grey indicate the Documents which have never been used.

The user is able to access the Registered Document Maintenance <RDM> screen by clicking on a document to highlight and clicking View [F4]. Refer to the chapter "Registered Document Maintenance" for details of this procedure.

The reports that are created from a Registered Document are those that are listed under the User's Report List <RL>.
