User Group List <UGL>

A User Group is a group of Users with similar characteristics and "rights". The advantage of Groups of Users is that a global change to rights and permissions can be made, instead of on an individual basis.

The User Group List is a list of all user groups that have been created under the function "User Group Maintenance" <UGM>.
