Functions available from the Data Extract List

The main functions available within the Data Extract List <DEL> are

1. View [F4]. Once the extract has been selected, by either clicking to highlight, or by entering in the code within the "Search for Data Extract" box, click the View [F4] button.

   The option is available to Edit [F2], which is the Data Extract Maintenance <DEM> function. Refer to this section for procedure guidelines.

2. Run [F10]. This will run the Data Extract and export it to an external database. (MySQL).

3. Add/Remove [F9]. This allows the addition or removal of possible data extracts to the User list, as follows:

• To Add - click on the appropriate data extract in the left hand table to highlight, click on the Add button, then OK.
• To Remove - click on the appropriate selection in the right hand table to highlight, click on the Remove button, then OK.

To check on the status of all data extracts that have been selected to Run [F10], select the quick key <DEQ> - Data Extraction Queue. Refer to this chapter for procedure guidelines.
