Item Location Data List

Item Location Data can be found in the Data Lists tab of the Item Maintenance Screen, select Locations in the left hand combo box.

These values are updated and calculated to reflect actual and anticipated changes in stock levels.

Confirmed Inventory Movement :-

Pending The number of units 'moved' by Confirmed Stock Transactions

* confirmed Item Receipts increase this value

* confirmed Item Issues increase this value

* confirmed Item Transfers may increase or decrease this value

Allocated The number of units expected to be moved by Confirmed Sale Invoices

* confirmed Sale Invoices decrease this value

* confirmed Sale Credits increase this value

Quarantined The number of units expected to be moved by Confirmed Purchase Deliveries

* confirmed Purchase Delivery increases this value

Confirmed Inventory Demand :-

Purch Order The number of units on Confirmed Purchase Orders - expected but not received.

Sale Order The number of units required to fulfill Confirmed Sale Orders - expected but not yet dispatched.

Calculated Availability:-

OnHand The number of units that can be found on the shelf.

AvailX The number of units available for sale today.

* onHand less any items needed to fulfill sale orders (On Sale Order).

Avail The number of units available for sale.

* AvailX plus those expected to be delivered (on Purchase Order).
