Key in the count total for each item in the 'Count' column.
Note that items with serial number tracking, only a count of zero or one is accepted, ie. any item with a given serial number either exists or it doesn't, there cannot be more than one.

New Serial numbers If you need to enter a new serial number, simply add a new row and enter the item code, then double click the row. The dialog to the left will be displayed, allowing you to enter the new serial number. |
