Data Lists available for viewing and editing

By clicking on the Data Lists header, the following topics are available for viewing and editing.

• References
• Transactions
• Un-reconciled Transactions
• Notes

References

An example of a Reference is Currency Code. These are available for Viewing or Editing.

Once the heading 'References' has been selected, the table for viewing will appear. If an edit is required, click on Edit [F2], and Modify. Proceed by following the instructions set out within the section "Adding new Bank Account Details".

Notes

These are available for Viewing or creating, by clicking on the Modify button and thereafter following the procedure set out in the chapter "General Ledger Account Maintenance <GLAM>".

Once the relevant Bank Account has been selected, uncompleted transactions may also be viewed and edited.

Transactions

• Click on the Data Lists heading
• Use the down arrow button in the Select box, and click on Transactions
• On the right of the screen is the View box. Use the down arrow to click on any transaction types, to narrow your search parameters.
• A Transaction List will appear. Click on the relevant transaction and Drill.
• The source transaction will appear for viewing.

Note: Once a transaction has been selected for viewing, an Edit [F2] is only allowed if the transaction is incomplete.

Unreconciled Transactions

Also known as Unpresented cheques or Lodgements. This is a useful viewing tool for Bank Reconciliations as the source transaction is able to be viewed by clicking on the Drill icon.

The Edit [F2] function is unavailable to be used on incompleted transactions.
