Group Type List <GTL>

A Group Type is defined as the name given to a collection of data with similar characteristics, for a particular item or category.

The purpose of the Group Type List <GTL> function, is to display the Group Types that have been set up under the function Group Maintenance <GM>.

The information displayed is the Code, Description, and the number of sub groups that have been set up.

To edit or add an additional Group Type, use the quick key <GM> Group Maintenance. Refer to the chapter on "Group Maintenance" <GM> for procedure guidelines.
