Deleting an existing Group

The procedure for deleting an existing Group is as follows:

  1. Select the appropriate Group Type parent account by clicking on the down arrow button, then click to highlight and select.
  2. Click on the ? button for details of the Group Type to appear.
  3. Click on the appropriate group within the group table, to be selected for deletion.
  4. Select [F3].
  5. Edit [F2].
  6. Delete.
  7. Are you sure ...? Yes

    A warning message will appear. It would be unwise to delete any group that has data records attached.

8. Continue with Deletion? Yes, if it is safe to do so.
