Discount Matrix Maintenance <DM>

The Discount Matrix shows the percentage discount applied when a customer (who is entitled to a certain discount level) purchases an item which also has a discount level.

Using the example above, it can be seen that a Customer who is on a Discount Level of 2, purchases an Item with a Discount Level of 3, the percentage discount applied to the sale is 30%.

The Discount Matrix is able to be edited at any time. Refer to the subsection "Editing the Discount Matrix".
