Adding a new General Ledger Profile

The procedure for adding a new General Ledger Profile is as follows:

  1. Add [INS]
  2. Type in a short code description in the box "Creating a new GL Profile"
  3. Description. Type in a longer description if required.
  4. Save [F9]

A list of permanent (they are not able to be changed) account types will appear. The column which requires data to be added is the A/c No. column.

Add as required, the General Ledger Account number the automatic journal will post the transaction to.

5. Save [F9].
