Sale Dispatch <SD>

The Sale Dispatch <SD> function allows the user to remove goods from stock without the sale invoice first having to have been created.

The Sale Dispatch can be raised from a pre-prepared Sale Order (Refer to the section the Sale Order <SO> function), and in turn the Sale Invoice <SI> can be raised from the Sale Dispatch transaction.
