Sale Quote <SQ>

The purpose of the Sale Quote [SQ] function is to record a Quote that has been given to a Customer by the User regarding the price of an item.

A Sale Order or Sale Invoice may be raised from a Sale Quote, so that the User is not required to input details twice.
