Editing an existing Job Issue

A Job Issue may be edited if it is being held in a Planned or Completed but Unconfirmed state.

The procedure for editing is as follows:

  1. View Issue. Enter the Job Issue reference or click on the ? button to the right of this box to display the available issues. Click to highlight and Select [F3].

    Edit Confirmed Issue? Enter Yes if editing a confirmed but not completed issue. This will create a new version.

2. Add a Line, Delete a Line, or click on an existing line to change data.

3. Process [F9], using the options set out in the section "Entering a new Job Issue" within this chapter.
