Editing an existing Job Journal

A Job Journal may be edited if it is being held in a Planned or Incompleted state.

The procedure for editing is as follows:

  1. View Job Journal. Enter the Journal reference or click on the ? button to the right of this box to display the available Transactions. Click to highlight and Select [F3].

    Edit Confirmed Journal? Enter Yes if editing a confirmed but not completed Journal. This will create a new version.

2. The options are Add a Line, Delete a Line, or click on an existing line to change data.

3. Process [F9], using the options set out in the section "Entering a new Job Journal".
