Adding or editing from the Item List

Editing from the Item List

The procedure is as follows:

  1. Click to highlight on the Item required.
  2. View [F4].
  3. Click on the "Details" header, situated above the Select box.
  4. Edit [F2]

    Edit details as necessary, following the guidelines set up the section "Item Maintenance - Editing an Existing Item"

  5. Save [F9]
  6. Close [Esc].

Other functions available from the Item List are

Adding a New Item

Click on the Add [INS] button, and follow the procedure set out under the chapter "Item Maintenance - Adding a new Item".

Archive an Item

Click on an item to highlight, then click on the "Archive" button. Enter the reason that the item is being archived, then click OK.

Restore an Archived Item. Click on "Archived" in the Search By box. Click to highlight on the item you wish to restore. Click on Restore. Type the Reason for the Restore. OK.
