Item Value Update <IMV>

The purpose of the Item Value Update <IMV> function is to allow a global adjustment of sell prices or cost prices of an item by either a percentage or a dollar amount. This is achieved by using filters to select a group of items, asopposed to selecting items individually. For this function to be effective, care should be taken to ensure that the item is linked to groups (such as a product group) when it is initially set up within the Item Maintenance <IM> function.
