Editing an existing Stocktake Header

An existing stocktake header is able to edited, if it is on 'Hold' ie if its status is 'Planned'.

Parameters within the 'Filter' tab can not be edited.

The procedure for editing is as follows:

Select the Stocktake Header for modification. (see Edit Transaction Header )

Transaction headers are created by:-

Hitting the Add [Ins] button which is located toward the bottom left of the screen

or

Pressing the Insert key on the keyboard.

Note that some headers must be saved before transaction lines can be added.

Edit as required

Process [F9], then select either Process as Confirmed, Hold or Delete.
