Editing a Deal Invoice

Deal Invoices may only be edited if they are in a 'Planned' or incompleted state.

The procedure for editing a Deal Invoice is as follows:

  1. Select Customer. Either, click on the ? button, click to select on the appropriate customer and Select [F3], or click in the "Select Customer" box and use the [up/down arrow keys].
  2. Once the Customer has been selected, click on the "Select" button. The list of planned deal invoices will appear.
  3. Click to highlight the Invoice to be edited, then Select [F3].
  4. View [F4].
  5. Click on data to change as required.
