Deal Invoices may only be edited if they are in a 'Planned' or incompleted state.
The procedure for editing a Deal Invoice is as follows:
Select Customer. Either, click on the ? button, click to select on the appropriate customer and Select [F3], or click in the "Select Customer" box and use the [up/down arrow keys].
Once the Customer has been selected, click on the "Select" button. The list of planned deal invoices will appear.
Click to highlight the Invoice to be edited, then Select [F3].
View [F4].
Click on data to change as required.
6. Process [F9], choosing from the following options:
Process and Complete Immediately. The invoice will be unable to be edited, and a journal will be created.
Process and do not Complete Immediately.The invoice will be able to be edited by the creation of a new version. No journal will be processed.
Hold. The invoice will remain in a 'Planned' state and will be able to be edited.
