Editing a Planned Item Adjustment

A 'Planned' item adjustment is one which has been entered into Concord, the [F9] Process button has been selected, but the adjustment has been placed on "Hold". This is the only Item Adjustment which may be edited.

The Procedure for editing a 'Planned' stock adjustment is as follows:

  1. Click the ? button to the right of the "View Adjustment" box. The list of planned adjustments will appear. (NB. It will also include planned adjustments from the function <ISTA>).
  2. Click on the appropriate line.
  3. Select either View [F4] or Select [F3].
  4. Edit [F2].
  5. Make changes accordingly.
  6. Process [F9], and select from the following options:
