Organisation Maintenance <OM>

The purpose of the Organisation Maintenance <OM> function is to allow the User to create a new organisation within Concord, or edit existing details of an organisation.

Details is described as the default information such as address, GST number, and default profiles which can affect the method that transactions are processed for an Organisation. There are four main areas to the Organisation Maintenance <OM> function.

  • Organisation Details.
  • Users.
  • Active Transaction Types.
  • Account Rendered Organisation Values.
