Purchase Quote <PQ>

The purpose of the Purchase Quote <PQ> function is to record a Quote that has been given to the User by a Supplier, regarding the price of an item.

A Purchase Order can be raised from a completed Purchase Quote, so that the details are automatically raised and are not required to be input again.
