Before Processing [F9] the Purchase Quote, any special instructions that the Supplier and the User may have agreed upon are able to be entered.
Click on the "Special Instructions" header and enter details as required under "Delivery Instructions" and "Packing Instructions", then Process [F9] using options as set out in earlier sections of this chapter.
