Job Maintenance <JM>

The purpose of the Job Maintenance <JM> function is to Add, Edit or Delete 'Jobs'.

The definition of a "Job" is a task which may include both time and materials, and may be an ongoing project which is billed from time to time, or a one-off project which is billed at the completion of the job.

A Job must be created before any transactions under the Job Item Issue <JII> are able to be recorded.
