Editing a Sale Return

A Sale Return may only be edited if it is incompleted. ie. It is being held in a Planned or Confirmed state.

The procedure for editing is as follows:

  1. Select Customer. Enter the Customer name, or use the [up/down arrow keys] or click on the ? button to highlight and select [F3].
  2. At the bottom left of the screen, click on the SELECT button. The list of transactions available for editing will appear.(If the Select button is not highlighted, no transactions are available for editing).
  3. Click to highlight the appropriate transaction and Select [F3].
  4. Edit as required. Click on the appropriate column to change, or Add or Delete lines as necessary.
  5. Process [F9], selecting from the options available under the section "Entering a Sale Return" within this chapter.
