Click on the "Select" button at the bottom left of the keyboard. This will bring up the list of available transactions.
Click to highlight on the applicable transaction (note that the Sale Return can be raised from a confirmed and completed transaction) and Select [F3]. Details relating to the Sale Dispatch will automatically appear.
Click on the box under the "Returned" column and enter the quantity returned. (This should be the same quantity as displayed in the "Delivered" column). Lines may also be Added or Deleted as necessary.
Note: If an item being returned is a "Serial Tracked" item, (that is, it has it's own unique serial number), Tracking details must be completed. This screen will appear automatically.
