Setting up a new User

To set up a new Concord User, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Add [INS.]
  2. Code. Enter the code of the user. This could be alpha or numeric.
  3. Full Name. Enter the full name of the user.
  4. Password. The User should type in his or her password and re-enter to "Confirm".
  5. Mask. Select this icon if the Password is required to be masked each time it is entered.
  6. Description. Enter as required. For example, in this section the User's Job title could be entered.
  7. Email.
  8. Alias (If the User is known by any other name).
  9. Workstation. Click on the down arrow to select from the Workstation List <WL> for all Workstations that have been set up under the <WM> function.
