Workstation Security

Workstation Security relates to the availability of workstations that the User has permission to logon to.

By clicking on the header "Workstation Security," "Workstations Available" and the "Workstations User can Login from" are able to be viewed.

Editing available Workstations

1. To edit Workstation Security for a User, the procedure is as follows:
2. Select User.
3. Click on the "Workstation Security" header.
4. Edit [F2].
5. Ensure "Security enabled" icon is selected.
6. Click on the appropriate workstation to highlight.
7. Click on the "Add" or "Remove" icon to move the workstation from one table to another.
8. Save [F9].
