Screen Permissions

Screen Permissions is the term used to describe the Concord functions that the User is able to access under his or her login password.

By clicking on the "Screen Permissions" header, the Accessible Screens table can be viewed, by scrolling through. The table can be viewed by quick key code or description, by selecting either option.

Editing available screen permissions

Editing available screen permissions is a Password controlled function. If the Password is known, follow these steps:

  1. Select the User that to be viewed.
  2. Click on the "Screen Permissions" header.
  3. Edit [F2]
  4. Enter the password
  5. Click to highlight on the line to be added or removed.
  6. Click on the "Add" or "Remove" icon, following the arrows to add or remove to the Inaccessible or Accessible table.
  7. Save [F9].
