Significant Item Rules <SIR>

The term 'Significant Item' refers to any item that the User has flagged as being of special significance for reporting and historical reference.

The Rules relating to what constitutes a 'Significant Item' are set up and maintained within this function.

An Item which has been flagged as being a 'Significant Item' is demonstrated by a green icon sign to the left of the Long Description box, within the Item Maintenance <IM> function.
