Transaction List <TL>

There are three main functions of the Transaction List <TL>. They are:

• Viewing a Confirmed and Completed Transaction.
• Editing a Planned or Confirmed transaction.
• Processing a Planned or Confirmed Transaction to Completion stage.

The definitions of Planned, Confirmed and Completed transactions, used throughout this document are:

• Planned. This is where a transaction has been left incomplete.
• Confirmed. The transaction has been fully entered, but is still able to be edited (versioned).
• Completed. The transaction has gone through the final processing stage and is now unable to be edited.
