Customer Maintenance <CM>

The Customer Maintenance <CM> function is used for maintaining the customer database with all details pertaining to particular customers, and also for viewing information such as transaction history and details.

The main screen is a Details header, with information such as the billing name and address, the default delivery address and a summary of any amounts owing by a customer.

There is also a Data Lists header, which enables historical data relating to a customer to be viewed and some data to be edited, such as:

• Transaction History
• References
• All Addresses
• Contract Pricing

The Financials header is used to maintain data such as discount percentages, bank account details etc.
