A transaction may be in one of three states: Planned, Confirmed, or Complete.
When processing a transaction using Process [F9], users can select 'Hold', 'Process' or 'Delete'.
Hold will save the transaction, but will not action it.
Process will increment its status from planned to confirmed, or from confirmed to complete.
Delete will remove the transaction if possible.
